I believe people who work hard in our community deserve to have access to housing opportunities.
Housing is the lynchpin for economic growth and we need to try every lever that we can to ensure we have housing for our current and future workforce.
How can we take action quickly to help our workforce, with infill housing, the YVHA-owned land at the Brown Ranch, the short term rental tax, inclusionary zoning.
Continue working with our neighbors in hayden, craig, and oak creek to address housing across the valley.
